Refund Policy

Online purchases

Should you wish to return your item(s), you have 7 days upon receiving the item(s) to return them. Please contact THINKABELLE to initiate the return. This refund is not applicable for custom made item(s).

Items should be returned new, unused, and with the original THINKABELLE tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at customer cost.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If the item you received is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible upon receiving the items with photos proof of delivery packaging condition and faulty goods.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on THINKABELLE. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Refunds

We will send you an email notification once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the refund amount will be credited to your account via your original method of payment, within 5 working days. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Shipping

Customers are required to bear the shipping costs for any returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at THINKABELLE. If you are shipping an item(s) worth over RM150, we strongly recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage.

Late Returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 7 days after the initial refund request. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of THINKABELLE.

Please read THINKABELLE privacy policy before your purchase. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently.

Offline purchases from retailer

Exchanges

You are advise to always check your goods before checking out at the counter. The return and exchange of the item(s) are base on the return and exchange policy of the retailers. Please visit the retailer where you bought your item for more information.
